A weekend rental is from Thursday at 3 pm through Sunday at 3 pm at the rate of $1700, which calculates to only $142/pp with a group of twelve. Call to inquiry about week day rental availability. The Quinberry Lodge is a completely private non-hosted weekend; you provide your own meals.
A $150 security deposit will be due at the reservation time.

Payment is accepted by cash, check or credit card (fees may apply for CC)
Security /damage deposit of $150 is due at the time of booking.
Full payment of the $1700 rental fee is due 45 days prior to the reservation date.
Cancellation & Refunds
Any cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the $150 deposit. Any additional money paid will be refunded only if the weekend can be re-booked. Please note: Short notice cancellations may affect future reservations.
Annual Reservations
Annual reservations are offered on a “first right of refusal” for the group of the current year. *With the exception of the following:
*There will not be a lottery for Feb/July/Oct 2021 due to Covid. Annual reservations are not available for the months of JULY and OCTOBER. Please contact us every October 1st to secure reservation for next year during these months.
Having a difficult time finding a weekend? To be notified of any cancellation, send an email to Quinberrylodge@gmail.com with the subject line “Contact me of cancellations” and you will be notified immediately of open retreat weekends after the first right of refusal has passed.
Quinberry Lodge is a Non Smoking facility. Sorry, we do not allow animals or pets.
